Specialist investor Franchise Equity Partners said it is backing Reliable Residential HoldCo, a Neighborly brand home-services franchise operator.
The firm plans to use the company as a platform for acquiring other franchise businesses. Neighborly acquired garage-door operator chain Precision Garage Door Service in 2020.
